Hi, I'm Shivi — founder, working mom, and I get it.
Your brain never stops. Even when you're "resting."
The mental tabs are always open. The worry loop never ends. You're exhausted but can't sleep. You have help but still feel alone.
I'm building an AI that finally understands the invisible load you carry.
Be among the first mothers to get early access
See AlphaMa in Action
From overwhelmed to empowered — watch how AlphaMa lightens the invisible load.
The mental load isn't the tasks. It's REMEMBERING and MANAGING all the tasks.
Emotional
Guilt, anxiety, overwhelm, feeling unseen
Cognitive
Remembering everything for everyone
Administrative
Emails, forms, appointments, bills
Coordination
Who's picking up? What's for dinner?
Work
Meetings, deadlines, pumping schedules
Self
Personal needs - always last priority
Therapy helps with feelings but doesn't handle logistics. Productivity apps add MORE to manage. To-do lists just remind you of everything you're not doing.
You don't need another app. You need a partner.

Real conversations. Real support. At any hour.
Morning overwhelm
"I'm already exhausted and the day hasn't even started. The baby was up twice, I have a big presentation at 2, and I haven't even looked at my emails."
"That sounds really hard. Let me help take some things off your plate. I looked at your inbox - out of 34 new emails, only 2 actually need you before your meeting. Your presentation is at 2pm, and you have a clear block from 10 to 12 for prep. Want me to mark you as 'focused' so people don't book over it?"
2am thoughts
"I can't turn my brain off. I keep checking if she's breathing. I know it's irrational but I can't stop."
"I'm glad you're talking to me right now instead of sitting alone with these thoughts. What you're describing - the constant checking, the inability to rest - this is really common in the postpartum period. It doesn't mean you're crazy. Your brain is trying to protect her so hard that it's hurting you."
Feeling isolated
"I haven't left the house in three days. My friends keep inviting me to things but I just can't bring myself to go. I feel so lonely but also so tired of feeling like I have to perform being okay."
"That exhaustion you're feeling - it's real. The loneliness of new motherhood is something no one prepares you for. You can be surrounded by people who love you and still feel completely alone. You don't have to perform for me. What would feel manageable this week - even something small, like a 15-minute coffee with one friend who gets it?"
Your executive assistant, in action
Talk naturally. AlphaMa handles the rest — from grocery lists to email triage to partner coordination.

Smart Shopping
Meal plans that become grocery lists
Ask AlphaMa for a weekly meal plan based on your family's preferences. It creates the plan, extracts the grocery list, and lets you shop with one tap on Instacart or Amazon.
Check items off as you buy them. Share the list with your partner. No more “what's for dinner?” stress.
Gmail Integration
Your inbox, triaged by AI
Connect Gmail and AlphaMa reads your inbox for you. It identifies what's urgent, what's from school, and what can wait — so you don't have to scroll through 47 emails at 6am.
AlphaMa can draft replies, flag action items, and even send emails on your behalf. “I see the school fundraiser RSVP is due tomorrow — want me to reply yes?”
I scanned your 34 new emails. Here's what matters:
🚨 Action Required (2)
School field trip permission slip — due tomorrow

AI Day Planner
Your day, planned around what matters
AlphaMa pulls your Google Calendar, tasks, and priorities to create a time-blocked day plan. It protects focus blocks, schedules self-care, and builds in buffer time.
Plus weekly meal plans, bad day triage (Must Do / Delegate / Drop), and Sunday Reset for weekly planning rituals.
Partner Delegation
Delegate to your partner via WhatsApp
AlphaMa spots tasks your partner could handle and drafts the message for you. One tap sends it via WhatsApp. Track what's been acknowledged and what's still pending.
Get a Share the Load Report showing the task balance between you and your partner — because fair division starts with visibility.
AlphaMa suggests:
“Hey! Can you handle these today?”
☑ Pick up dry cleaning
☑ Call plumber about the leak
☑ Grab diapers on the way home
I built this because I needed it.
I'm currently on maternity leave, and let me tell you - the mental load is real. Even when I'm supposed to be "off," my brain is running a constant background process: tracking feeds, worrying about milestones, managing the household, and already thinking about what returning to work will look like.
We're caught between two worlds: ambitious careers that were designed for people without caregiving responsibilities, and wanting to be fully present for our children during the most precious (and exhausting) moments of their lives.
The mental load isn't about being organized enough or trying harder. It's about needing real support - someone (or something) that can carry some of it with you.
That's why I'm building Alpha Mothers.

Everything you need to know about Alpha Mothers
What is Alpha Mothers?
Alpha Mothers is a platform designed specifically for ambitious, career-driven mothers. We offer AlphaMa, an AI-powered life partner that combines the wisdom of a therapist with the efficiency of an executive assistant. Our mission is to help mothers manage the invisible mental load while thriving in their careers and raising confident children in the AI age.
What is the mental load and why does it matter?
The mental load refers to the invisible cognitive and emotional labor involved in managing a household and family. It's not just the tasks themselves, but remembering, planning, coordinating, and anticipating everything for everyone. Studies show mothers carry a disproportionate share of this burden, leading to burnout, anxiety, and reduced career progression. Alpha Mothers helps by providing an AI partner to share this load.
How is AlphaMa different from other productivity apps?
Unlike traditional productivity apps that just add more to manage, AlphaMa is a voice-first AI that actually reduces your cognitive burden. It combines emotional support (like a therapist), practical task management (like an executive assistant), and family coordination (like a household manager). You talk naturally, and AlphaMa captures, organizes, and takes action on your behalf.
Who is Alpha Mothers for?
Alpha Mothers is for any mother who feels overwhelmed by the mental load, whether you're a working professional, on maternity leave, returning to work, or managing a household. We particularly resonate with career-driven millennial mothers who are raising Gen Alpha children and want support navigating modern motherhood without sacrificing their ambitions.
Is there a community I can join?
Yes! Alpha Mothers has a thriving community of like-minded mothers on WhatsApp and Slack. We offer general motherhood support groups as well as specialized communities for AI & Tech Learning, Career & Leadership, and Return to Work Support. Join us to connect with other ambitious moms navigating similar challenges.
