Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your AlphaMa account and all associated data using either method below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open AlphaMa
  2. Go to your Profile tab
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to shivi@alphamothers.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email)
  • All conversation history and AI memory
  • All captured mental load items (to-dos, worries, delegations)
  • Connected service tokens (Gmail, Google Calendar)
  • All preferences and settings

All data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request. Data previously sent to third-party APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) is subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.
